C’est pendant l’émission spéciale « Doctor Who Live : The Next Doctor » que l’on connaîtra le nom du 12ème Doctor de la série Doctor Who. L’émission aura lieu ce dimanche à 19h sur la BBC (donc 20H chez nous) et le moment tant attendu par les fans de la série arrivera enfin !! Le nouveau doctor débutera ses péripéties dans la 8ème saison de la série !
